THE STORY
Why I built this.
I'm Matt. I'm a working electrician based in Sydney. For years I watched mates lose two or three jobs a week because they couldn't pick up the phone fast enough. Up the ladder, under a floor, halfway through a switchboard - the call rings out, the customer rings the next sparky, the job's gone.
Voicemail doesn't fix it. Most people hang up on voicemail. The ones who do leave a message rarely answer when you ring back. So you're left chasing missed leads while a competitor who happened to be near their phone gets the work.
I built Auxily because the technology to fix this finally exists, and nobody was building it for tradies. Every other AI receptionist out there is built for clinics or law firms - polished, formal, and useless on a noisy job site call. Auxily sounds like a real person taking a real call. It captures the lead, texts you the details, and you ring back when you're free.
I'm still on the tools while I build this out, which means I'm building Auxily the way I'd want it as a customer. Simple, fair pricing. Live in 5 days. No lock-in. If something breaks, you've got my mobile.
