Referral terms.
Version 1.0, effective 13 October 2026. How referral rewards work for Auxily clients.
These terms apply to the Auxily referral program. They sit alongside the Customer Agreement (clause 8.2). If anything here conflicts with the Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement wins.
The short version
Refer a business to Auxily and they skip the $497 setup fee. Once they've been live and paying for 30 days, you get a month free. There's no limit on how many businesses you can refer.
1. Who can refer
Any current Auxily client whose account is paid up to date (you).
You can't refer your own business.
2. Who counts as a referral
A business that hasn't been an Auxily client before (the new business).
The new business needs to give us your name before they sign up. We can't add a referral after sign-up unless we agree to in writing.
If more than one person says they referred the same business, the person the new business names is the referrer.
3. What the new business gets
The setup fee ($497, excluding GST) is waived.
The waiver can't be combined with any other setup fee offer and has no cash value.
4. What you get
One free month for every new business you refer. There's no limit.
You earn the free month once the new business has been live and paying its monthly fee for 30 days.
A free month is a credit on your Auxily account equal to your monthly fee (your plan plus any add-ons, including GST) at the time it's earned. It comes off your next invoice, or your next few if it's more than one invoice. It doesn't cover overage charges.
5. General
Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred and can't be refunded or exchanged for cash.
If your Auxily account ends, any unused credit ends with it.
If the new business leaves before you've earned the free month, no free month is given. Their setup fee waiver still stands.
We may refuse a referral or reward if we reasonably believe the program is being misused.
We may change or end the referral program by giving 30 days notice on this page. Any referral made before the change still gets the reward that applied when it was made.
All amounts are in Australian dollars.
